Pre-Prohibition was the last time cider held a real place of honor in USA pubs/bars and restaurants, but the comeback is happening! In the last few years cider specialty bars and restaurants are opening to great reviews and happy patrons across the country. Check your local favorite and if they haven't added cider to their menu talk to the manager, they will usually be happy to add whatever their customers most frequently request.
